Initial Steps for Return or Claim

• Original Place of Purchase: All claims and returns must begin with the original place of purchase. Refunds, if applicable, are issued through this point of sale.
• Product Removal: If you encounter a problem after installation, do not remove the product before receiving return authorization from the place of purchase. On-car diagnostics can be crucial in problem-solving.

Warranty Information

• Original Owner Warranty: Warranties are exclusive to the original owner. Replacement parts are available for purchase for second owners.
• Dealers and Direct Purchases: If you are a dealer or purchased directly from us, please use the designated form on our website for any claims or returns.

Order Cancellation and Returns

• Cancellation Policy: Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after placement incur a 20% raw-materials fee. This applies to all exhaust systems. For out-of-stock items, please allow 8 to 12 weeks for manufacturing.
• Cancellation Post-Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
